Our Purpose: Extracting human potential

Our Learning Philosophy: Learning is a journey, not just training
Brainquil is not a training company. Brainquil is a learning consultancy that builds engaging learning experiences. Learning a behavior or a business skill is like learning the Guitar. It needs practice, repetition, feedback, joy, and a long span of time. No one goes to one guitar training session and expects to become good at it or even average at it. So why do we expect that one training session may enable us to be to be more productive or better people leaders?
