Projects and Priorities Redefined
You have implemented the core ideas from Getting Things Done®, and as a result you’ve seen your productivity increase and your stress levels drop. In the Projects and Priorities seminar, you will take your GTD® system and practices to the next level.
Prerequisite: Attending Getting Things Done® Fundamentals or completion of one-on-one coaching sessions.
Learning Outcomes
Participants return to work the next day with the ability, tools, and confidence to:
- Assess their progress on their GTD journey
- Identify and develop higher-horizon thinking to help them ensure balance, so that they can shift from a reactive to proactive stance in the areas that matter to them most
- Use the Natural Planning Model® to facilitate planning of individual and team projects
- Identify and use Areas of Focus concept to ensure priorities are aligned
- Change problems, issues, and opportunities into projects
