Challenge the status quo by asking “What’s Possible?”
We are all guilty of confusing activity with productivity from time to time. If we’re busy, we must be making headway, right? Not always. A lot of this busyness can go undetected until the results come in, at which point it’s too late. The solution to this all-too-common problem is to equip your teams with the understanding and tools they need to maximize productivity and performance.
In Gold of the Desert Kings, learners discover how activity and productivity are different, the role of planning and execution, and the benefit of shifting to a mindset which constantly considers “what’s possible” in order to maximize performance.
Learning Outcomes
